Phase 1: Defining the acquisition strategy

  • Preparation of the investment profile;
  • Definition of the acquisition strategy;
  • Identification and prioritization of target companies.

 

Phase 2: Approach potential target companies

  • Contacts with selected entities to assess possible interest in a sales process;
  • Expression of interest from the companies approached.

 

Phase 3: Negotiation

  • Monitoring and advice in the negotiation process;
  • Financial economic assessment;
  • Submission of non-binding proposal / binding proposal;
  • Supervision of possible Due Diligence;
  • Closing of the operation.
