It all began in 1992, in a small makeshift workshop at the back of the current managing partners' father's house. The dream was simple but ambitious: to create quality printing solutions in a competitive sector like graphic arts.
More than 30 years later, Grafisol has become a benchmark name. Technology, innovation, and a dedicated team helped the company grow and establish itself in the market. But there was a next step to take.

In 2019, the conviction arose that the implementation of a Quality Management System would be decisive for the future. Not only to respond to customer demands and open doors to new markets, but also to optimise processes, reduce waste, and strengthen internal organisation.

As Francisco Serra, CFO of Grafisol, points out, “the implementation of the Quality Management System represented much more than simply obtaining a certificate. It was truly a catalyst for reorganising and optimising the company's internal processes.”

The path was not linear. The pandemic forced the postponement of some projects, but certification never left the list of priorities. And, in 2024, Grafisol resumed this strategic objective with determination.
According to the CFO, “it was possible to map and standardise procedures, strengthen internal communication, and optimise resources. Today we have a more agile, efficient company, prepared to make informed strategic decisions.”

The result? An ISO 9001:2015 certification that does not represent just a milestone, but rather a new stage of sustainable growth.

In the words of Francisco Serra, “these advances brought visible productivity gains, cost reduction, and operational predictability that allow us to meet deadlines and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The certification has strengthened our competitive position, reinforced the trust of clients and partners, and consolidated a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.”
