Tell us about the impact your work has already had on the lives of so many people. Don't be modest! Give us an example of a story that left a mark on you because of your direct intervention in the 'before and after' of an organisation, and the positive impact that resulted from it.

Over these three years with Yunit, which were significantly marked by the impact of Covid-19 and the closure of Portugal 2020, I have had the opportunity, as a consultant, to work on countless projects for companies in completely different areas and to face the most varied challenges.

From requests to change schedules, reversing contract termination decisions, contesting expense eligibility, preparing reimbursement claims, analysing and adjusting investment eligibility, closing investments and projects, evaluating targets and results achieved (among others), to close contact not only with the client but also with all stakeholders linked to the operation, ultimately acting as the “bridge” with the managing authority.

Each of these situations has consequences for the project that materialise, essentially, in terms of the incentive to be received, and in some cases, partial or total repayment orders may be issued. The repercussions of such a scenario for companies can be overwhelming and cause significant constraints in terms of financial structure and the continuity of normal business activity. Having the possibility to avoid these types of events and work in cooperation with clients, although complex and challenging, was above all very rewarding.
