The transaction, which had Yunit Consulting as financial advisor, aims to strengthen Cegoc’s presence in the national market by expanding its portfolio of learning and development solutions. With this acquisition, Cegoc intends to create a more comprehensive offering, combining the expertise of both consultancies to better meet the strategic needs of clients in Portugal and Portuguese-speaking African countries.
