Tell us about the impact your work has already had on so many people's lives. Don't be modest! Give us an example of a story that left a mark on you because of your direct intervention in the 'before and after' of an organisation, and the positive impact that resulted from it.

From the moment a company has its project approved, it is fundamental to establish rigorous follow-up, ensuring continuous monitoring between what was foreseen and approved in the application and the actual execution of the project. This vigilance is essential so that, in the event of deviations, corrective actions can be implemented appropriately, always backed by solid grounds and aligned with the objectives and results foreseen in the application.

I recall a specific case where a client faced several difficulties during the implementation of a project. Among the main challenges were the obsolescence of some originally planned investments, as the market already offered technically superior alternatives, and a significant delay in the delivery of a piece of equipment critical to the project's success. Furthermore, throughout the process, the client also identified needs that had not been contemplated in the initial phase.

Despite the client's lack of motivation to proceed with the project's implementation, we managed to identify all pertinent situations, carry out the appropriate framing, and formalise the necessary requests – such as adjustments to the investment configuration and a request for an extension – with the managing authority, all of which were accepted. The result was that the client not only executed all the investments they had proposed but also achieved all the foreseen objectives and results, generating a very significant impact on their activity and results.

Although in some cases SMEs face obstacles and constraints in the execution of their projects, I believe that Yunit, through its proximity, experience, and knowledge, plays a fundamental role in guiding and optimising its clients' projects. This partnership translates into an unequivocal creation of value for both parties.
