Types of Investment

Preparation and submission of applications to European Programmes.

Eligible Expenditures

• Acquisition of consultancy services for the preparation of applications to European Programmes;
• Travel and accommodation abroad directly attributable to the operation and demonstrably necessary for its execution;
• Personnel costs;
• Costs related to the intervention of Chartered Accountants (CC) or Statutory Auditors (ROC) for the validation of expenditure in payment requests.

Financing

Call Budget – €6,125,000

Funding Rate: Up to 50%, except for the Lisbon region where it is limited to a maximum of 40%

Application Period

From 02/06/2025 to 30/12/2025, with applications evaluated in phases:

• Phase 1: 30/09/2025 (5:00 PM);
• Phase 2: 30/12/2025 (5:00 PM).

Eligible Applicants

SMEs – Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Small Mid Caps.
