The website www.yunitconsulting.pt ("Site") was created, is owned, and operated by YUNIT CONSULTING, LDA. ("Yunit"), and its use by the user of the Site ("User") is governed by these Terms of Use.

Acceptance of the Terms of Use

You acknowledge that by using this Website you accept these Terms of Use, as well as the associated Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which override any communications between you and Yunit regarding their subject matter. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must not use the Website.

Site Access

The User may access the Website via their browser. However, Yunit has the exclusive right to suspend access to the Website, in part or in full, at any time, in particular for management, maintenance, repair, modification or modernisation operations. Yunit also has the right to terminate, permanently or temporarily, partially, or totally, the Website at any time.

General Conditions of Use

The User undertakes to behave responsibly and act in good faith at all times when using the Site. In particular, the User undertakes to:

(i) Not to engage in conduct contrary to the law, such as violations of the rights of others and offences against the good name, image, reputation and prestige of any persons, whether individuals or companies, namely Yunit and other users;

(iii) If you detect any defect, bug, or anomaly in the Site, to immediately report its existence to Yunit and not to seek to access commercial information, personal data of other users, alter the characteristics of the Site or otherwise exploit the defect, bug or anomaly to use the Site in an irregular, unlawful or different manner from that designed by Yunit.

Breach of the obligations set out herein by the User may result in the User being held liable under the law for any damage caused to Yunit and/or third parties.

Yunit is committed to protecting your privacy. Browsing through this Website does not necessarily imply the provision of personal data. Any processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy.

Applicable law

These Terms of Use are governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms of Use that is not resolved by agreement, the exclusive jurisdiction of the Lisbon District Court is hereby conferred, with express waiver of any other, unless any court of specialised jurisdiction overlaps by virtue of the law.
